When I Wake

“When I Wake” represents both breast cancer cells and coronavirus in a woman’s hospital stay, one that she must wake from in order to survive. The parallel existence of two potentially fatal cells revolving around her is ultimately pushed back by the heathy nutrients that passion fruit bestows and by the pink orchid flowers symbolic of hope.
