“These are drawings taken from my diary/journal during treatment. One thing that immediately annoyed me was being told it was a journey. No, a journey implies you are going somewhere nice. This is a process, an endurance. When I was confronted by good intentioned ignorance I vented here. I wrote and sketched my thoughts, worries and frustrations over the course of treatment and am still doing so (although not so much) during my adjustment to my “new normal”.”

This is an absolutely incredible journal of this crazy life changing ride…I wish I had done more journalling..has intended to but didnt have the energy! I love that you did!..

I identified with a lot of your thoughts
I remember saying through tears to my husband shortly after diagnosis “ this will not define who I am “ ( March 2018)
