by Sue Robins
“Sue Robins was diagnosed with breast cancer a year ago. She’s a writer and mom who lives on the west coast of Canada. She took black and white pictures every day for the twenty days she went for radiation treatment. This collage is a collection of memories from that time, called Twenty Days Last May.”
I really love this piece, which holds within it so many emotions and memories for the artist, which certainly resonate with me and I’m sure others.
